Securitize, backed by financial giants BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, and ARK Venture Fund, is nearing a $1 billion SPAC merger with Cantor Equity Partners II Inc. This MOVE could significantly bolster the real-world asset (RWA) tokenization market, projected to reach $16 trillion by 2030.

The firm powers BlackRock’s $2.8 billion BUIDL, the largest on-chain US Treasury vehicle, and is set to tokenize Franklin Onchain US Government Money Fund (BENJI). By converting traditional assets like stocks, bonds, and real estate into blockchain-based tokens, Securitize enhances transparency and efficiency in financial markets.

Meanwhile, the Best Wallet Token ($BEST) presale has surged past $16.4 million, reflecting growing investor preference for noncustodial wallets amid accelerating crypto adoption.
